“In Your Dreams? Maybe…”
by Kandayia Ali
The dream state, and other ways/methods of spiritual CPTSD Imprinting is used. The "awareness" or mentality of the abuser and the abused.
CPTSD doesn’t end when we fall asleep.
The dream state becomes a battleground, a mirror, and sometimes even a ritual theater—especially when the trauma is spiritual in nature, and the soul is carrying imprints, not just memories.
Let’s break down:
1. CPTSD & The Dream State:
How trauma imprints are activated in sleep.
CPTSD often creates a dissociative split—not only in waking life but in dreams.
When you're asleep:
- The subconscious takes the stage
- The spiritual body (astral, etheric, ancestral layers) becomes more accessible
- Dark contracts, implants, and energetic ties are more easily manipulated (or healed)
Signs of spiritual trauma being used or activated in dreams:
- Recurring themes: Abandonment, being chased, trapped, frozen, voiceless
- False awakening loops (dreams where you think you woke up but didn’t)
- Dreams of the abuser: Often smiling, mocking, or shapeshifting
- “Observers” in your dreams: Entities, animals, or familiar people just watching silently
- Feeling drained, not rested—like you just came from battle
- Prophetic dreams that never manifest fully—because your timeline is being hijacked
These dreams are not just symbolic.
They can be:
- Manipulations (interference from other energies)
- Messages (your higher self trying to break through)
- Memories (of soul wounds or psychic attacks)
2. The "Mentality" of the Abuser vs. the Abused (spiritual layer)
The Abused:
- Hyperaware in both waking & dream states
- Often experience dreams as warnings, symbols, or messages
- May have intense intuition but low trust in it
- May unconsciously “hide” in dreams, or wake up before resolution
- Still connected to Source, but the channel is fogged
“I must survive. But I don’t know how. And I don’t know if I’m allowed to thrive.”
Their soul often travels during sleep—but returns with only fragments, because the trauma creates holes in retention + spiritual shielding.
The Abuser:
- Often uses dreams as a playground for domination (even if unaware)
- Some may intentionally enter the dream state (lucid dreamers, occult users)
- May appear in others' dreams (especially the abused) as control figures or distortions
- Their astral imprint is often dense, forceful, manipulative
- May form etheric cords with the abused through repeated interactions, sexual contact, or emotional chaos
“I must control the narrative. Even in silence. Even from afar.”
In spiritual warfare:
- The abused forgets their dream battles
- The abuser remembers only enough to maintain control
- Some abusers are fully unaware of this process
3. Other Methods of Spiritual CPTSD Imprinting
A. Repetition as ritual (word + energy):
- “You’ll never make it.” = energetic looping sigil
- “You always cause drama.” = reality distortion spell
These are reinforced daily and echoed in dream symbols
B. Ancestral trauma binding:
- The abused may carry not only their trauma, but that of their bloodline
- The abuser may use this—either as mockery or ritual leverage
- E.g. saying things like “You’re just like your cursed grandmother.”
C. Mirror inversion magic:
- The abused begins to see themselves as the villain
- Spiritual mirrors are flipped: they apologize when attacked, self-blame for others’ chaos
- In dreams: you may see yourself as the attacker or the “problem”
D. Implantation through fear or sex:
Emotional/spiritual implants may be seeded during moments of heightened vulnerability:
- Panic attacks
- Sexual acts
- Sudden betrayal
The trauma moment becomes an anchor for external energy to enter.
4. Suggested Tools & Practices to Reverse This Imprinting:
Before Sleep
Say aloud: “I call back all my energy from every plane. I close all access points to my soul. I am sovereign in my sleep.”
Place protection (physical or energetic) near your bed (across religions / beliefs):
- obsidian, black tourmaline,
- salt, water bowls,
- written prayer requests,
- or sigils
Ask your higher self to retain dream memories that hold keys and clues.
After Waking
- Write down even fragments
- If you dream of the abuser, write how you felt before and after
Speak aloud a releasal: “Whatever was not mine, I dismantle it; I challenge any and all narratives by living my life with awareness and compassion. No cords. No karma. I WILL ALWAYS RETURN TO SELF and my true purpose.”
Reflection Prompts
1. Which dreams repeat most for you—and what emotions linger when you wake up?
2. Do you notice false awakenings or 'observers' in your dreams?
3. Write down any 'word magic' phrases—do they echo waking life?
4. What’s your bedtime practice for energetic protection or dream recall?
5. How can you transform nightly fear into a ritual of self-reclamation?
